We ship to all states within the US; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and US holidays. Orders. Shippings are always free for any order over $75. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business day.
Next Day Shipping
Next day orders placed by 5 p.m ET will be shipped on the same business day. So, if an order is placed on Thursday at 4:59 p.m ET will be shipped on Thursday. However, if an order is placed on Friday will not be shipped until Mondayunless you choose the "Next Day (Saturday) Shipping" option.
Any order placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Any hair products that have been either used or altered (including dyed) will not be accepted. Only the hair products in resalable condition will be accepted for return. Customer must first sent the product back to us. Please keep the returning products in their original packages as a necessary health precaution

All exchanging products much be sent back to our facility in order for us to process your exchanges. It may take us up to 48 hours to process all return upon receipt of packages. Please note that all shipping related expenses are at customers’ own cost.
