Here at eHair, we are always striving to instill confidence to our customers in every item we carry. Whether you're looking for extensions, accessories, or anything else in-between, you can rest easy knowing that all of our items are made to meet or exceed your expectations. 

If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase prior to seven days after delivery, you are eligible to return the item under the following circumstances: 

For hair:

• The hair has not been treated with any chemicals (dyes, bleaches, etc.)
• The hair has not been worn 
• The hair has not been exposed to excessive heat (e.g. having been straightened)
• The texture of the hair is in its original condition

For other products:

• The product(s) to be returned has not been noticeably-misused 

With the above circumstances met, kindly send an email to info@ehairoutlet.com with the following information:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Name of item(s) that you would like to return
• Picture(s) of the item(s) to be returned

Within 48 hours, one of our representatives will contact you about the status of your return and further instructions.
