Here at eHair, we are always striving to instill confidence to our customers in every item we carry. Whether you're looking for extensions, accessories, or anything else in-between, you can rest easy knowing that all of our items are made to meet or exceed your expectations.
If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase prior to two days after delivery, you are eligible to return the item under the following circumstances:
- The hair has not been treated with any chemicals (dyes, bleaches, etc.)
- The hair has not been worn
- The hair has not been exposed to excessive heat (e.g. having been straightened)
- The texture of the hair is in its original condition
For other products:
- The product(s) to be returned has not been noticeably-misused
With the above circumstances met, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Name of item(s) that you would like to return
- Picture(s) of the item(s) to be returned
Within 24 hours, one of our representatives will contact you about the status of your return and further instructions.
1. All exchange requests must be made within two days of delivery. Any hair products that have been used or altered are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns and Federal regulations.
2. Only hair products that are in re-salable condition will be accepted for return with the original receipt. Please keep it in original packages.
3. Wigs are not eligible for exchange or return.
4. All return products must be sent back to our facility for return & exchange processing. The return process may take up to 48 hours upon receiving the products.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
